Description
This tea blend can be enjoyed during the allergy season and periods of increased pollen exposure. This carefully crafted infusion combines Nettle Leaf, Elderflower, Eyebright, Ribwort Plantain and Peppermint to support your seasonal allergen defence, with a refreshing flavour suitable for the whole family.
Suggested use
Infuse 1 tablespoon in a mug of boiled water for 5–10 minutes. Inhale the aromatic steam before sipping. Enjoy 2-4 cups daily as part of your summer outdoor routine.
Store in a cool dark place.
